Leadership Development
In Afghanistan today, political, social, economic, and educational infrastructures must be rebuilt. The men and women who will lead in this challenging endeavor need skills, ideas, and new thinking that will enable them to accomplish this task.
The Institute for Leadership Development
The ILD equips the brightest minds in Afghanistan with personal character development through a curriculum and experience based course in servant leadership. The ILD brings best practices of leadership development from around the world in a program taught by seasoned international instructors who themselves are noted leaders in their respective fields. The ILD training course culminates in a community service project led and managed by graduates. These projects have served thousands through free medical clinics, business initiatives, English, computer, and literacy classes.
ILD Alumni
In 2022 we launched a platform for our ILD Alumni to continue to engage in leadership training through seminars, coaching, mentoring, and networking.
Continued Education
ILD graduates are also provided the opportunity to further their education through an accredited masters program in a neighboring country.
