The issues facing Afghans worldwide demand men and women who possess the skills, ideas, and innovative thinking necessary to lead in creating solutions.
Leadership Alumni
Historically, the Institute for Leadership Development equipped the brightest minds in Afghanistan with personal character development through a curriculum and experience-based course in servant leadership taught by seasoned international instructors. This program culminated in a community service project led and managed by graduates. These projects have served thousands through free medical clinics, business initiatives, English, computer, and literacy classes. Now our Alumni program continues to engage this community of Afghan leaders around the world through seminars, coaching, mentoring, and networking.
Continuing Education
Through our global partners, we provide the opportunity for Afghans to further their education through an internationally accredited master’s program in the region.
