Access to primary health care is a critical issue facing rural Afghan families. Our medical clinics provide lifesaving services to families who have no other medical care available. In addition to our medical clinics, we have trained vaccinators and midwives who travel village to village, administering medical care to those unable to get to a clinic. We also operate a residency program for Afghan doctors in a private hospital.
